Tell us a few things about HELLISH (Members, Starting Year etc).
Hellish was born in the summer of 2010, Cristian León and I (Francisco Sanhueza) played since 2009 in a heavy metal project called Armored Knight. It is in this context that we decided to form a band influenced by German thrash metal acts, such as Kreator, Sodom, Destruction, Violent Force.The definitive line up was consolidated in 2015 with Cristian León on Drums, Necromancer on bass and vocals, Javier Salgado on Guitar and myself Francisco Sanhueza on guitar.The band has a wide discography that consists of several demos, ep's and two albums released in Chile and abroad. We are currently working on our third album.

Your latest album was ''The Spectre of Lonely Souls''. What was the Feedback from your audience as well as from the Press?
We really received very good criticism and comments in general from the press, many people in the US and Norway referred to the album with comments like "this is how black thrash metal should be". Fortunately, we presented the album in several shows, one of the most important being the Evil confrontation Festival open air, where we shared the stage with acts from Chile, Latin America and legends such as Demolition Hammer or Angel Witch.Which are your main influences (Favourite Artists / Bands etc.)
80's metal acts in general, Slayer, Metallica, Destruction, Mayhem, Sepultura, Iron Angel, etc. Nowadays we put an eye on Antichrist (Sweden), Vulture (Germany), Deathhammer (Norway), Demoniac (Chile).

Do you prefer Vinyl, Tape, CD or Digital Format and why is that?
Each of these formats has its grace, its advantages. We prefer that each material we release be produced in all three formats.

Label or DIY and why?
Two of them have their own value I think, I say do both whenever you can!

Describe your ideal live show as a performance Band. Have you already experienced that?
The shows that we give are the best, full of energy, without stopping for anything, connecting with the public.

Tell us a few things about the New Underground Black/Thrash Metal Scene in Chile.
Specially regarding to a violent thrash metal, there is one act called Demoniac, which in our opinion is actually the best band in the country. Hellish is the best in the style, Blackened thrash metal.

How is the situation in Chile as far as Studio Recordings / Rehearsal Rooms etc. are concerned?
We got our own studio, which is Cristian's, he is sound engineer of profession.

Which things, do you think, a Band should sacrifice in order to succeed? Have you ever sacrificed anything in your life for a better future of your Band?
Metal is our way of life and our way of dying. You should always make sacrifices to get good results. Nowadays we're thinking of moving abroad.

Do you know anything about the Hellenic Metal Scene?
We know Varathron and Rotting Christ.What are your Future plans?
Our plans are to continue composing non-stop, release many albums, and soon tour in Europe and the United States.
