PRIMITIVE is a Brazilian black thrash metal band that takes listeners on a chaotic and infernal journey through the darkest recesses of Satanic fury. ''Metal Baphomet'' was released in 2021 through Murder Records. The album contains 14 songs (1 intro + 1 outro), and it is a relentless onslaught, marrying the ferocity of thrash with the occult-obsessed ambiance of black metal. From the start till the end, the listeners are going to face hellish, savage riffs, aggressive drumming combined with demonic vocal that are going to make you feel an extreme paranoia. Especially the vocals are really crazy and disturbed sometimes. It reminds me of the cult Hellenic Black Metal band ΨΧ (if you don't know them, check them for sure!). When you see the cover artwork and you see the devil coming out from a volcano holding in his hand an electric guitar, then You're going to expect something very special, true, and evil. PRIMITIVE carries the old and true flame high of the old ones and as the lyrics of ''Metal Baphomet'' written inside ''Venom, Bathory, and Motörhead, it's the only way of the true metal primitive and real.''.Killer songs: ''Carpathian Wolves,'' a homage to the awesome Hellhammer, and ''Onde Ossos Apodrecem,'' such a killer song with Portuguese language (the only song of the album), ''Evil Awake'' is my favorite one, such an evil and creepy atmosphere & ''The Burning Eyes of Evil'' is bringing the dark forces of evil into your house!! The lyrical content is evil, ritualistic, and rebellious, embracing the dark satanic metal!!!If you are obsessed with the old true ones like Venom, Motörhead, Hellhammer & Bathory, then the ''Metal Baphomet'' will be your soundtrack.
